DAVID GREEN, Ed.D.

EVALUATOR

Dr. David Green contributes to evaluating curriculum and course design projects. He specializes in instructional design and innovative use of emerging technologies in higher education.

 

David is the Director of Educational Technology for the medical school at University of Miami.

 

At Edu since 2012 he has advised projects sponsored by NASA, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the National Science Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Education.

 

Dr. Green earned a Doctorate in Education from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. At USC he developed and published an innovative model for gap analysis to drive continuous improvement in planning and evaluating medical training using educational technologies.

 

A biologist by training, David worked as an aquatic ecologist for the National Audubon Society and received an outstanding teaching award for a university course in Environmental Biology of South Florida.

 

A certified diver David once ran a video production company filming underwater weddings in the Florida Keys.
