  • Effectively manage team calendars and prioritize tasks

  • Clearly and accurately explain Edu policies and procedures

  • Develop and manage project budgets

  • Help Edu team members to plan and manage tasks and projects


  • Quickly learn new software and tools

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, presentation software, web-based services, Adobe Acrobat, and data entry skills

  • Outstanding communication skills

In your role as executive assistant you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to Edu’s evaluation and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations and successful long-term project planning.

You will play an active role in scheduling, arranging travel, budgeting, and informal research. We want you to feel empowered to take the initiative to make decisions and provide timely feedback that will keep our teams focused and moving in the right direction.

You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding subcontractors and helping them to feel comfortable in their new role at Edu. You will be encouraged to provide ongoing feedback to improve systems or procedures.


  • One to two years of experience in an administrative, research, and/or project management role

  • Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution. Graduate studies preferred.

  • While a degree is preferred Edu will consider equivalent experience that gives you the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job.
