There are few things that are as critical to success as a feeling of belonging.

As a virtual company we may rarely meet our co-workers or clients in person. This requires intentional extra effort to understand, support, and care for each other.

Your job is to create exceptional experiences that set the standard for amazing client and contractor care.

First impressions are everything. When new people arrive at Edu, we want their impression to be positive and memorable.

You serve as a role model and first point of contact. Take the initiative to guide people through their arrival and on-boarding experience.

Be proactive so people feel empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Support and coach contractors on topics relating to client care. You will develop individual care plans for clients and subcontractor professionals. Their attitude, speaking and listening skills will be a reflection on Edu.

Use your above-average communication skills. Speak with others using clear and professional language, then listen and respond appropriately to concerns.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support our team in reaching our common goal of amazing client care.

You will communicate quality assurance expectations and standards and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

Work strategically with leadership to onboard, train, evaluate, motivate, and coach clients and contractors
